PPCP has done a fantastic job of improving our deliveries to customers. We realize that meeting agreed upon dates are paramount for our customers to properly schedule their business activities. At PPCP, we are consistently shipping on-time and we continue to improve to exceed expectations. Our biggest challenges ahead involve better performance expectations from our suppliers of services such as RT, Machining, Heat Treat, Passivation/Pickling and the like. We are instituting measureable objectives to hold the accountability throughout our business partners.
