COVID-19 Statement
At PPCP, we’re taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and have taken many steps to protect our employees and our ability to stay in operation. Our work is essential to food, energy and military industry and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. Below are some of the precautions we’re taking to reduce the risk of the virus impacting our business.
- Mandatory checks for fevers of all employees
- Limiting visitors to the plant
- Mandatory 6 ft of separation between employees
- Segregated bathroom facilities by department
- Company provided PPE
- Hand sanitizer and sanitation supplies at all workstations
PPCP is limiting employee interactions between departments and areas of our facility. When cross training is utilized between departments the dates and times will be documented. All employees are expected to follow the protocols set up to ensure distancing and protect employees from exposure of bodily fluid transfer. Using employees in a different department than usual assigned area will be done as needed but very carefully.
