PPCP has recently completed their latest phase of expansion. Over 4,000 square feet of environmentally controlled foot print have been added to the Shell Room. The additional space contains a dedicated primary shell conveyor system. The new conveyor serves 2 purposes at PPCP: Increased Capacity and Improved Quality Control. “Whenever we can tighten our processes and gain capacity, it is a win-win,” states CEO Andrew Miller. The new conveyor has been operational for several weeks and has shown to deliver on all the expectations. Additional expansion at PPCP is in late stages of planning and will be carried out within the next 18 months. The future plans include additional injection equipment, assembly cell increases in the wax room, and a second robotic dipping cell.
